All major credit/debit cards are accepted through our secure payment system.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, however for all orders outside the EU, you will need to contact us to arrange shipping. International customers can order directly from the site. Please note that all shipments to OUTSIDE the EU (European Union) may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
How quickly do you send orders?
Products in stock are dispatched within 3 – 5 days. In the rare occasion that an item should be out of stock, you will be notified via email.
Products sent to UK addresses are sent by first class post.
Please contact us to discuss. Products sent to international addresses are normally sent by first class airmail. This is not insured and does not have a tracking number. If you would like to pay for an insured delivery, please contact us for additional postage costs.
Returns and Refunds
We do our very best to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our product and service.
In the event that any products delivered to you are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt where we will ask you to return the goods straight away. Shipping charges on returned orders are at the customer’s expense and we recommend recorded/tracked post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 14 days.
Please note, however, that wallpaper and fabric (unless faulty) orders are non-refundable as they are cut specially for you. We suggest ordering swatches to avoid any confusion. Please check all fabrics and wallpaper rolls for any faults before cutting or hanging.
Products will be refunded or exchanged providing that they are in the same conditon as when they left the studio, and that you have taken reasonable care to package goods accordingly to ensure their safe return to the studio. Unfortunately, post and packaging costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please send all refunds/exchanges back to:
